A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Job Summary - We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Associate (Real Estate / Sales)to join our team. - The ideal candidate will manage leads, engage warm prospects, provide property information that matches their requests, promote available listings, and support the sales process. - The role also includes attending inspections and selling properties when required. Key Responsibilities - Manage, track, and follow up on all assigned leads and briefs. - Engage warm leads, answer client inquiries, and give accurate information. - Advertise and promote available properties across approved platforms. - Sell properties directly when needed. - Maintain timely and professional communication with clients. - Schedule and attend property inspections as required. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business. - Prepare brief reports on client interactions, inspections, and sales progress. - Stay informed about available properties and internal updates. Requirements - Education: HND or BSc Degree in any administration or social discipline - Previous sales experience (real estate experience is an added advantage). - Basic knowledge of simple tech tools (WhatsApp, Google, etc.). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to engage clients professionally and follow up promptly. - Must reside on Lagos Island or within close proximity. - Must be available to attend physical inspections when needed. - Ability to work remotely and meet targets. - High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation. - Proximity to location is Required Check how your CV aligns with this job
