## Title: Client Relations Officer
About the Role
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position as Client Relations Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally
- Inform clients about company products, services, and promotions
- Receive all telephone calls and visitors promptly, accurately, professionally, and courteously
- Ensure vendor services meet company standards and negotiate favorable payment terms
- Manage client, staff, and vendor relationships effectively
- Manage courier and dispatch services
- Provide consistent quality service to customers by phone and email as first point of contact
- Handle enquiries, suggestions, feedback, and complaints in a professional and positive manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain updated appointment calendars
- Analyze data to answer questions from customers or members of the public
- Organize travel itineraries and hotel/flight reservations for site personnel and visitors
- Administer monetary claims by site personnel for payment and reimbursement
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt
- Implement administrative systems, procedures, and policies
- Provide administrative support to direct manager and colleagues
- Supervise drivers and other support staff
- Perform ad hoc administrative and reception duties as assigned
- Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the Director
