Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Client Relations Manager to create and nurture long-term relationships with our customers. In this role, you will resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction with our services, while helping us safeguard revenue and retain our client base.
You should be an excellent communicator capable of grasping customer needs and brainstorming solutions to fulfill them. A background in customer service and knowledge of the construction industry is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and nurture long-term relationships with customers
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction with services
- Track and monitor relevant KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction metrics)
- Meet and exceed sales and retention targets
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 2–5 years of proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Background in customer service; construction industry knowledge is a plus
- Experience tracking and analyzing relevant KPIs
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
