We are seeking a Client Acquisition Officer on a contract basis to drive the company's growth by identifying, attracting, and securing new clients.
Job Summary
This role focuses on initiating the sales process from lead generation through conversion, ensuring a robust pipeline that contributes to increased sales, market share, and long-term company profitability.
The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with a proven ability to close first-time purchases and a strong drive for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify Opportunities: Proactively research and identify potential new clients and strategic business opportunities within target markets and industries
- Execute a high volume of targeted outreach (cold calling, email, networking, social media) to generate and qualify new leads
- Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyse competitor activities to inform and refine acquisition strategies
- Initiate, establish, and maintain contact with key decision-makers and stakeholders within prospective organisations
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product/service demonstrations that clearly articulate the company's value proposition and tailored solutions
- Lead contract negotiations, finalise terms, and secure signed agreements for new client accounts
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and client acquisition targets
- Collaborate closely with the Account Management and Operations teams to ensure a smooth, positive onboarding experience for new clients
- Provide feedback to the product teams based on client interactions and market needs to optimise offerings and acquisition campaigns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities
