Client Account Manager (Sales & Marketing – Haven City Division) at Decor City

About the Role

Haven City Realtors, the real estate services arm of Decor City Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated Client Account Manager to drive client relationships, manage property transactions, and coordinate between property owners, investors, and tenants. This is a client-facing position that combines sales, marketing, and relationship management expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leads and convert inquiries into active clients
• Follow up with clients across multiple communication channels
• Coordinate property viewings, sales, and rental closures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and investors
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaigns and lead generation
• Track and report weekly performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
• Organized, proactive, and self-driven approach
• Strong understanding of property sales, rentals, and marketing
• Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp Business (preferred)
