Job Summary - The Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and managing construction and infrastructure projects. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with engineering standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities - Plan, design, and oversee construction projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, and drainage systems - Prepare and review engineering drawings, designs, and technical specifications - Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities - Ensure compliance with approved designs, safety standards, and quality requirements - Estimate project costs, prepare budgets, and manage materials - Coordinate with contractors, architects, surveyors, and other professionals - Monitor project progress and prepare technical and progress reports - Identify and resolve construction or design issues on-site.
