About the Role

Eko Maintenance Limited seeks a dedicated Civil Engineer to lead construction and maintenance operations for high-rise building projects in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate a 10-person team specializing in construction and finishing work
• Oversee maintenance of high-rise buildings and ensure structural safety and stability
• Verify that all structures meet required engineering standards and specifications
• Manage installation of aluminum/glass components, doors, windows, and partitions
• Supervise finishing work including aluco board and façade installation
• Monitor maintenance activities and assign tasks to team members accordingly
• Handle contractor management including sourcing, pricing, tendering, and project completion

Required Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5–6 years of relevant work experience in construction and building maintenance
• Professional Engineer (PE) License
• Hands-on experience in building finishing and construction projects

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other computer-aided design software
• Strong knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering principles
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Capability to manage diverse teams and liaise effectively with clients and other professionals

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
