About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated civil engineering professional to join our team at our Lagos location.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with superintendents and foremen to plan, organize, and direct activities related to site construction projects
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within company policy and contract specifications
• Confer with supervisors and foremen regarding work procedures, complaints, and construction problems
• Initiate and maintain liaison with owners and other stakeholders to facilitate project activities
• Monitor and control projects through administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure completion on schedule and within budget
• Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures
• Monitor requisition of supplies and materials required to complete projects
• Organize contractors, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters to carry out building tasks
• Ensure proper finishing of all construction projects
• Formulate reports concerning work progress, costs, and scheduling
