## Title: City Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to serve as City Representative, responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion across an assigned city/region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales across assigned city/region to achieve targets
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and brand visibility
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and operational activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across all city operations

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
