Church Planter and State Intercessor-Delta

About the Role

This position offers an exceptional opportunity for career growth in ministry leadership. You will pioneer and establish new Vine City Church branches while leading spiritual initiatives across your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Pioneer and establish new Vine City Church branch locations
• Lead evangelistic outreaches, discipleship programs, and spiritual growth initiatives
• Recruit, mentor, and establish new church members into the congregation
• Organize and lead intercessory prayers for regional revival and church expansion
• Provide pastoral care, mentorship, and leadership to growing congregations
• Build strong community relationships and oversee church administration
• Plant and develop fellowships including Student, Prison, Hospital, and Village Fellowships, as well as daughter churches across the assigned state
• Function as a Church Leader, leading church services, teaching and preaching the word to the congregation
• Offer pastoral care to church members through visitations and compassionate engagement
• Participate fully in church prayer sessions including morning staff intercession and weekly church programs
• Engage in church planting across states as assigned and appointed by the Senior Pastor
• Engage daily in prayer, spiritual warfare, and intercession as necessary disciplines for soul-winning and expanding God's kingdom
• Apply Spiritual Mapping as a primary tool in church planting and growth initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification
• 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Born-again pastor with a passion for church planting
• Strong commitment to evangelism, discipleship, and intercessory ministry
• Proven experience in church leadership and pioneering new churches
• Ability to mobilize, recruit, and establish strong congregations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
