Church Planter and State Intercessor-Abia at Vine City Church International

About the Role

Vine City Church International is seeking a dedicated Church Planter and State Intercessor to pioneer and establish a new church branch in Abia State. This is a leadership position that combines evangelistic outreach, spiritual intercession, and pastoral care to build a thriving church community.

Key Responsibilities

• Pioneer and establish a new Vine City Church branch in the assigned state
• Lead evangelistic outreaches, discipleship programs, and spiritual growth initiatives
• Recruit, mentor, and establish new church members and congregations
• Organize and lead intercessory prayers for regional revival and church expansion
• Provide pastoral care, mentorship, and leadership to growing congregations
• Build strong community relationships and oversee church administration
• Plant and build fellowships including Student, Prison, Hospital, and Village Fellowships, as well as daughter churches across the state
• Function as a Church Leader, leading services, teaching and preaching the Word to the congregation
• Offer pastoral care to church members through visitations and supportive counseling
• Actively participate in daily prayer sessions, morning staff intercession, and weekly church programs
• Engage in spiritual warfare and intercession as a disciplinary practice for soul-winning and kingdom expansion
• Utilize spiritual mapping as a tool for church planting and growth initiatives
• Execute church planting assignments as directed by the Senior Pastor across states as needed

Required Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor's Degree
• 5–10 years of professional experience
• Born-again pastor with a genuine passion for church planting
• Strong commitment to evangelism, discipleship, and intercessory ministry
• Proven experience in church leadership and pioneering new churches
• Ability to mobilize, recruit, and establish strong congregations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
