About the Role

KloudOpp Limited is seeking a highly experienced, visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company's technology strategy, architecture, and product development.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of professional experience, including senior leadership roles in high-growth or high-revenue technology companies with $5M+ annual revenue.

This role is responsible for driving technology vision, delivering scalable and secure solutions, and leading engineering and product teams. The CTO will ensure KloudOpp's technology aligns with business goals, supports global expansion, and drives competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute the company's technology vision and roadmap
• Align technology initiatives with business objectives and market opportunities
• Advise the executive team on emerging technologies, innovation, and strategic investments

Product & Engineering Management

• Lead all engineering, product development, and technical operations
• Implement best practices in software development, DevOps, and QA
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure technology solutions

Architecture & Infrastructure

• Design and oversee cloud-native, microservices, and modern monolithic architectures
• Drive adoption of advanced technology stacks (.NET, Java, Python, NodeJS, etc.)
• Ensure robust cybersecurity, data governance, and system resilience

Innovation & R&D

• Identify and implement emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
• Lead research and development initiatives aligned with business strategy
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence

Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Build, mentor, and scale engineering, DevOps, and product teams
• Establish technical standards, coding best practices, and career development programs
