Job Objective

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) provides strategic leadership for the organization's technology vision, ensuring the secure, innovative, and scalable use of IT to drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and customer-centric financial services. The CTO leads technology modernization, strengthens cybersecurity resilience, and fosters continuous innovation to maintain competitive advantage and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Leadership

• Define and execute enterprise-wide technology strategy in alignment with corporate objectives
• Lead the digital transformation roadmap, leveraging AI, blockchain, cloud computing, and automation

Technology Operations & Infrastructure

• Oversee IT infrastructure, core banking systems, enterprise applications, and digital banking platforms
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of all mission-critical systems

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

• Strengthen cybersecurity posture, data privacy, and IT risk management in compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Ensure continuous monitoring, threat detection, and incident response to minimize vulnerabilities

Innovation & Digital Banking

• Drive fintech innovation and development of digital products
• Enhance customer experience and identify emerging technologies to create new revenue streams and operational efficiencies

Financial & Vendor Management

• Manage IT budgets, optimize costs, and ensure positive ROI on technology investments
• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with executive management to integrate technology into banking products and services
• Act as a trusted advisor on digital strategy and innovation
