An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our organization as Chief Operating Officer in the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into measurable operational goals and results
• Oversee and optimize core functions including HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Sales
• Partner with the CFO on financial health, cost optimization, and profitability
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
• Lead adoption of technologies that boost efficiency and service quality
• Strengthen partnerships with stakeholders, regulators, and key industry players

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10–15+ years of progressive leadership in operations or general management
• Proven success in a COO, General Manager, or senior operations role in oil and gas or related sectors
• Strong track record in scaling operations across geographies and business units
• Exceptional financial acumen, strategic vision, and people leadership capabilities
