Job Summary

DreamCity Group is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and drive operational excellence and growth across our diversified portfolio. The COO will be responsible for aligning and executing the strategic vision across the companies within the Group. This role demands a dynamic leader with proven experience in operational management, business development, investment strategy, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the achievement of the group's business growth targets in alignment with overall corporate goals
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business development, sales growth, and profitability
• Spearhead the mass adoption of REIT investment's webapp, coordinating strategies to achieve the company's goal of active users
• Develop and execute investment strategies to maximize returns for investors
• Manage fundraising activities and investor relations to syndicate capital for real estate investment projects
• Lead due diligence processes for potential investment opportunities and acquisitions
• Oversee administrative, sales, marketing, and project management functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Implement risk management strategies to safeguard investor interests and organizational assets
• Optimize operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and improve efficiency across the group
• Provide regular reports to relevant stakeholders on operational performance and progress toward strategic goals

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in operations, business development, or investment management, preferably within the real estate, investment, or hospitality sectors
• Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and business growth
