Role Summary

As the most senior non-legal member of the firm, you will have primary responsibility for business and non-legal aspects of the organization. You will serve as a key point of leadership for all staff members and oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm.

You will provide input on longer-term issues and strategic planning while ensuring optimal operational activity and efficiency across all departments in conjunction with partners and the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

Systems, Operational Oversight & Process Optimization

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the firm's standard operating procedures and processes
• Integrate and simplify work processes across all offices for seamless application
• Create, implement, and maintain firm policies and procedures
• Coordinate internal communications and information delivery to practice group leaders, team leads, and their members
• Train staff on all policies and procedures, linking compliance to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and job performance reviews
• Create an internal audit system to identify deviations from policies and procedures before they impact clients or external stakeholders
• Define and implement productivity metrics to measure and improve firm efficiency
• Refine and maintain the firm's technology infrastructure to minimize waste
