About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our organization as Chief Investment Officer (CIO). You will lead our investment strategy, portfolio management, and capital allocation across healthcare sectors. In this executive position, you will identify high-impact investment opportunities, manage risk, and ensure optimal returns aligned with our mission to improve healthcare outcomes in Africa. With exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and healthcare expertise, you will support the Managing Director in driving growth and impactful decisions.

Education Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA or CFA preferred

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience in investment management, private equity, or venture capital
• Healthcare sector experience preferred
• Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio growth
