• Oversee data management strategies, including governance, quality, and security

Leadership & People Management

• Lead and motivate IT teams, including software developers, data analysts, and IT operations staff
• Communicate technology strategies effectively to stakeholders across all business units
• Collaborate with investment, operations, and compliance teams to drive business objectives

Technical Expertise
