## Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the Role

KloudOpp Limited is seeking a strategic, revenue- and investment-driven CFO with extensive experience in financial strategy, capital management, and corporate growth.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of professional experience, with verifiable experience in Fortune 500 companies or similar high-revenue organizations (annual revenue ≥ $5M), preferably in FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, Logistics Tech, or enterprise technology.

This role is responsible for driving financial strategy, managing funding and investments, optimizing capital allocation, and ensuring robust financial governance, while supporting long-term strategic growth and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning

  • Define and execute financial strategy aligned with corporate goals
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Analyze financial performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making

Capital Management & Fundraising

  • Manage capital structure, cash flow, and liquidity for optimal performance
  • Lead fundraising initiatives, investor relations, and financial negotiations
  • Ensure transparent reporting and communication with investors, shareholders, and the Board

Financial Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
  • Implement internal controls, financial policies, and risk management frameworks
  • Supervise audits, financial reporting, and regulatory filings

Partnerships & Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Support strategic partnerships, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions from a financial perspective
  • Conduct financial due diligence and valuation analyses
  • Advise executive leadership on financial implications of strategic initiatives

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, ensuring high-performance culture
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
