Position Overview: - We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance team. - The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting - Manage financial reporting, accounting, and internal controls - Lead financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws - Lead a team of finance professionals. Requirements: - BSc / MSc Degree in Accounting - Certified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) - Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior finance role - Proven track record of financial leadership - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills - Must reside on the Island.
