About the Role

A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure sound financial management
• Manage capital structure, funding, and investment strategies to support the firm's growth
• Support real estate project financing, feasibility analysis, and profitability assessments
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals
• Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and Board to aid decision-making
• Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, risk management, and compliance functions
• Ensure proper financial controls, systems, and governance frameworks are in place
• Liaise with investors, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role (preferably within the real estate or investment sector)
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, capital markets, and real estate financing

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification
• Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, and financial restructuring
