About the Role
A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial and strategic operations of the Group. The CFO will provide financial leadership, drive long-term financial strategy, ensure strong governance and compliance, and support operational excellence across the business.
This role requires a visionary leader with strong analytical skills, deep financial expertise, and proven experience in managing multiple business environments. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial future, driving profitability, and supporting sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement the group's long-term financial strategy in alignment with business objectives
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making by the CEO and Board of Directors
- Lead financial planning processes, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year financial plans
- Evaluate financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them
Financial Operations & Management
- Oversee all financial functions: accounting, budgeting, reporting, treasury, tax, auditing, and procurement
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to sustain operational efficiency across the various subsidiaries in the group
- Ensure proper internal controls and financial governance structures are in place
Business Performance & Growth Support
- Conduct financial modeling, profitability analysis, and scenario planning to support business growth
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, margin improvements, and operational efficiencies
- Partner with business units to evaluate new markets, products, and investment opportunities
- Lead financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
