Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all accounting and finance operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Develop and align financial plans with the company's strategic goals, offering actionable insights and recommendations
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support operational and growth initiatives
• Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective internal controls and regulatory compliance
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial laws, standards, and reporting requirements
• Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization across departments
• Advise executive leadership and the Board on financing, investment, and capital structure strategies
• Monitor key financial metrics and prepare periodic performance reports for management and the Board
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering professionalism and accountability
• Stay informed of industry trends and financial best practices to enhance the company's competitiveness

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree (MBA) is an added advantage
• Recognized professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience
