Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design innovative menus and signature recipes
• Ensure consistent quality and proper preparation of all dishes
• Oversee kitchen staff, provide training as needed, and ensure all cooks and assistants follow standard recipes
• Collaborate with management to improve kitchen efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into menu offerings
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Support management with additional kitchen and operational tasks as required

Requirements
