About the Role
We are recruiting a motivated Chef de Partie to join our Production Staff as part of the kitchen and food preparation team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate meals to set standards
- Maintain high hygiene and food safety levels
- Assist in baking, hot/cold kitchen tasks, and meal assembly
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
- Culinary certificate (advantageous)
- 1–3 years of experience in food production or kitchen operations
- Detail-oriented and disciplined approach to work
- Ability to work flexible shifts
