About the Role

We are recruiting a motivated Chef de Partie to join our Production Staff as part of the kitchen and food preparation team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plate meals to set standards
  • Maintain high hygiene and food safety levels
  • Assist in baking, hot/cold kitchen tasks, and meal assembly

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
  • Culinary certificate (advantageous)
  • 1–3 years of experience in food production or kitchen operations
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined approach to work
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
