## Title: Private Chef

About the Role

This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a private household setting. You will be responsible for meal preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management for a single client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare various meals five days per week according to client preferences and dietary requirements
  • Develop customized meal plans based on client specifications and nutritional needs
  • Procure meal ingredients and kitchen tools while maintaining quality standards
  • Inspect ingredients prior to purchase to ensure highest quality
  • Prepare meals in client's kitchen in compliance with food health and safety regulations
  • Clean and sanitize work areas before and after meal preparation
  • Package and label prepared meals appropriately for future consumption
  • Provide clients with written or verbal instructions on meal reheating
  • Maintain general household cleanliness standards

Requirements

  • Minimum SSCE qualification
  • Minimum two years of proven culinary experience
  • Sound knowledge of different cuisines
  • Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

N150,000 monthly salary
