Center Manager at ESOSA Food System

About the Position

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Center Manager at ESOSA Food System in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of company goals
• Identify opportunities for growth in both current and prospective markets while establishing goals and objectives for the Center
• Make sound decisions to responsibly manage daily operations of the Center
• Ensure that bakery operations run smoothly on a daily basis
• Oversee efficient operations across all units including Sales, Accounts, Production, Security, Admin, Facility Management, and Quality Control departments
• Ensure the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (people, raw materials, equipment, etc.)
• Ensure that fresh and high-quality raw materials are purchased and used for production
• Monitor compliance with company-approved specifications, combinations, quality standards, and measurements of raw materials during production
• Ensure that only company-approved procedures and equipment are used in the production room, store, and inventory room at all times
• Maintain all machines, equipment, and sales vehicles in good working condition through proper maintenance, handling, and scheduled servicing
• Interact with customers and third parties in a friendly, polite, humble, and respectful manner; monitor that Sales Representatives and staff do the same
• Participate in job interviews, new staff induction activities, and staff training sessions as required
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
• Maintain excellent relationships with Sales Representatives and customers
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure root causes are identified and addressed in a timely and respectful manner
