Cashiers / Sales Representatives

Position Overview: - We are seeking a sales-driven Cashier to handle customer payments and support daily sales activities. - The ideal candidate must be customer-focused, able to promote menu items, and encourage cross-selling while providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities: - Receive customer orders and process payments accurately - Provide friendly and professional customer service - Promote menu items, offers, and add-ons to increase sales - Encourage cross-selling and upselling of food and drinks - Issue receipts and balance cash at the end of each shift - Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and presentable - Attend to customer inquiries and complaints politely - Work closely with kitchen and service staff. Requirements: - Previous cashier or sales experience - Friendly, neat, and well-spoken - Basic math and cash-handling skills - Sales-oriented and confident in talking to customers - Honest, reliable, and punctual.
