Key Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and perform cash reconciliation at the end of each shift
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies
• Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance customer experience
• Ensure compliance with all company financial policies and procedures
