Job Summary
The cashier will be responsible for handling all customer transactions efficiently, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring a pleasant customer experience. The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced food service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately handle cash and POS transactions
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
- Reconcile daily cash and sales reports
- Assist in taking customer orders and communicating them to kitchen staff
- Support front desk operations, including answering customer inquiries
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly
- Ensure adherence to company policies and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- BSc in Accounting, Banking, Finance, or related field
