Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Caregiver to join our dynamic team. You will provide professional care for infants, toddlers, and twaddlers in a supportive, educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, professional care for infants and toddlers in accordance with center guidelines
• Maintain detailed records of each child's progress and development
• Communicate effectively with parents, children, and staff members
• Develop and maintain consistent, stable, and supportive relationships with very young children
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating care environment

Requirements

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of Early Years experience working with infants and toddlers in early childhood programs
• Training and experience in developing consistent, stable, and supportive relationships with very young children
• Genuine love and fondness for children
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and other days as required
