## Title: Remote Call Center Agent (Bilingual - Voice)

Job Summary

An established company is recruiting Remote Call Center Agents to handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with customers. This role is ideal for individuals who communicate clearly and can remain calm under pressure. Bilingual fluency is a strong advantage, as you'll be supporting customers across different regions and serving as the human face of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and confidently
  • Provide accurate information, support, and issue resolution over the phone
  • Communicate clearly in English and a second language as required
  • Listen actively, understand customer concerns, and respond with empathy
  • Document call details accurately in the system after each interaction
  • Follow call scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards
  • Meet performance targets including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 years of previous experience in a call center, customer service, sales, or support role
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional foreign language (Very Important)
  • Clear speaking voice, good diction, and strong listening skills
  • Ability to remain professional and composed in high call volume environments
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems during calls
  • Experience in remote call center or virtual support roles
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with CRM or call management systems
  • Sales, retention, or customer success experience
