Key Roles and Responsibilities Operational Oversight: - Manage daily business activities across departments - Ensure workflows align with company goals and policies Process Improvement: - Analyze existing processes and identify areas for efficiency - Implement systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Strategic Planning: - Support senior management in setting operational strategies - Translate business goals into actionable operational plans. Performance Management: - Track KPIs and operational metrics - Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions. Budgeting & Cost Control: - Monitor operational expenses - Identify cost-saving opportunities without reducing quality. Team & Resource Management: - Coordinate teams, vendors, and resources - Support recruitment, training, and staff productivity. Compliance & Risk Management: - Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations - Identify operational risks and mitigate them. Cross-Functional Coordination: - Act as a link between operations, finance, HR, sales, and logistics - Resolve operational bottlenecks affecting performance. Requirements: - Candidates should possess a First degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Skills: Required: - Strong leadership and communication - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Process optimization and project management - Financial and operational planning - Ability to work across departments. Salary N250,000 / month.
