Business Officer - Ogba at Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Bosak Microfinance Bank Limited as a Business Officer in Ogba, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Approve loan applications within specified approval limits and refer applications outside approved limits to management for further approval
• Meet with loan applicants to obtain required information and respond to inquiries regarding the loan application process
• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit history, and collateral/property valuations to determine loan feasibility
• Explain available loan products, credit options, and applicable terms and conditions to customers
• Obtain, verify, and compile loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other relevant financial documentation
• Review, update, and maintain accurate credit and loan files in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, risk management guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Provide periodic reports on loan portfolio performance as required

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, HND, or OND
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
