Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure efficient production, distribution, and service delivery
• Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market share and increase profitability
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control initiatives
• Supervise cross-functional teams, ensuring high productivity and operational excellence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales performance
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements

Requirements

• 5–7 years' experience as a Business Manager or Operations Lead, preferably in manufacturing, construction materials, or concrete production
• Strong leadership, analytical, and financial management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people-management abilities
• Proven track record of driving growth, improving operations, and delivering results
• Ability to resume immediately

₦500,000 – ₦750,000 monthly
