## Title: Business Efficiency Officer - Internal Control & Audit
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- General Building Upkeep: Perform carpentry, painting, landscaping, and structural repairs (windows, doors)
- System Management: Ensure optimal functionality of heating, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Emergency Response: Promptly address urgent maintenance requests, following safety protocols
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records, update service logs, and manage inventory of parts
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and standards during maintenance activities
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance (lubrication, cleaning, part replacement) on machinery, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and fix issues in plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC, and other equipment to minimize downtime
Requirements
- HND or BSc qualification
- 8 – 10 years of relevant work experience
Essential Skills
- Strong technical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
