## Title: Business Development Specialist

Purpose of the Role

The Business Development Specialist will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and implementing strategies to expand the company's market presence. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in the travel and tour industry and a proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management and clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and services
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the travel and tourism industry and recommend improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in business development, sales, or client management within a travel and tour company
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand market presence
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • Immediate availability to join the company
