Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified candidate for this highly dynamic role. You will provide effective support to the Business Development Department while researching consumer behaviour and exploring market trends and opportunities to increase and sustain existing customers.
This position requires leading market expansion initiatives, driving sales growth, and overseeing the implementation of innovative projects. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, contributing to digital marketing efforts, and ensuring the successful execution of business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Client Growth: Lead the planning and execution of new market initiatives to drive business growth and expansion, including identification of new customer segments and geographical areas for growth. Develop and implement strategies for market penetration, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand positioning.
- Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and business opportunities that align with company services and growth ambitions. Build relationships with key organizations, influencers, and stakeholders to expand company reach.
- Customer Management: Focus on enhancing the value of existing customer accounts while developing and executing strategies to attract new clients. Implement customer retention strategies and explore upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Project & ROI Management: Evaluate the ROI for all new business initiatives, including digital marketing efforts, technology innovations, and new service lines. Provide management with detailed analysis of project outcomes, ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives.
- Team Leadership & Reporting: Lead team efforts to ensure successful project execution and innovation across business development initiatives.
- Networking & Industry Engagement: Maintain active engagement with industry stakeholders and networks to support business development goals.
