## Title: Business Development & Partnerships Officer
Position Overview
ORIKI Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development and Partnerships Officer to support the growth and expansion of our business. The successful candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential markets, clients, and partnership opportunities
- Track partnership performance across various marketing channels and compile reports for analysis
- Act as a liaison between the Business Development & Partnerships Lead and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft partnership proposals, agreements, and other communication materials
- Support client follow-ups, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction
- Compile and analyze market data to support business strategy development
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to provide actionable insights
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute ideas for business growth
- Monitor and ensure consistency in business development and partnerships initiatives across social media, newsletters, and website advertising
- Support the planning and execution of business development projects and initiatives
- Take minutes in meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance, and key results
- Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information and support
Required Qualifications
- Higher qualification in Business Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Business Development Management, Marketing, or Sales
- Experience with Business Development Management, Marketing, and Partnerships
- Commercially driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant postgraduate and/or professional qualification
