Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, and corporate organizations
• Develop strategic marketing and sales initiatives to increase enrollment and client retention
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and manage client accounts effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, marketing, or sales within the HMO or healthcare industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Target-driven and result-oriented with the ability to work with minimal supervision
