## Title: Business Development Officer
Role Overview
The Business Development Officer will support revenue growth and brand visibility by driving partnerships, sponsorships, community engagement, and digital presence. This role is ideal for a motivated, energetic individual looking to build hands-on experience in events, business development, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue partnership and sponsorship opportunities for events
- Support event sales, collaborations, and revenue-generating initiatives
- Manage and grow social media pages and online community presence
- Engage audiences before, during, and after events to drive participation
- Support team coordination and help drive execution success across events
- Track leads, follow up on prospects, and report performance outcomes
Requirements
- Prior experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of social media and digital engagement
- Sales-minded, proactive, and willing to learn
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Passion for events, community building, or brand growth
