## Title: Business Development Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-experienced Business Development Officer to join our dynamic, expanding team. You will drive business growth through strategic client acquisition, lead generation, and closing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development by identifying new business opportunities and prospective clients
  • Develop and implement client acquisition strategies
  • Generate and filter leads, with consistent follow-up and closing activities
  • Initiate client interactions via calls, emails, and physical meetings to promote services
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential business leads and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Manage and update CRM tools and client records
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
  • Participate in the planning and execution of business development campaigns
  • Attend client meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
  • Prepare periodic reports and track KPIs

Required Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and business management tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the software ecosystem and technology sector
