## Title: Business Development Officer

Job Summary

The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving patient inflow, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding market presence through active engagement with corporate organizations, HMOs, and the general public. The role combines strategic business growth initiatives with hands-on sales and marketing execution to achieve measurable revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to attract new clients and increase hospital revenue
  • Identify and pursue partnerships with HMOs, corporate organizations, and community groups
  • Conduct field marketing and direct sales visits to promote hospital services and health packages
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and corporate wellness plans
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business and sales targets
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to design, price, and promote new service offerings
  • Track, report, and analyze sales and business development performance metrics
  • Represent the organization at corporate events, exhibitions, and outreach programs
