About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to drive growth and expand our HR Outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote our outsourcing solutions, including recruitment, payroll management, employee relations, and HR advisory.
This role requires a proactive professional with strong networking, negotiation, and sales skills to help position our company as a trusted HR partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HR outsourcing across multiple industries
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Promote HR outsourcing services such as talent acquisition, payroll outsourcing, compliance management, and employee outsourcing
- Conduct market research to identify client needs, trends, and competitive positioning
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal HR and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client communications
- Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (HR outsourcing/consulting experience is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of HR outsourcing services and industry practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong business networks
- Target-driven with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
