## Title: Business Development Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to drive deposit mobilization and loan/investment sales across multiple asset classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive deposit mobilization
- Manage loan and investment sales across the following asset classes:
- SME Loans
- Term Loans
- LPO Financing
- Invoice Discounting
- Contract Finance
- Lease Finance
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree or equivalent qualification
- 5–7 years of professional experience
- Prior experience in a Financial Institution (Commercial Bank or Finance Company) – required
- Strong sales, marketing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven track record in investments and loans
- Age: 35 years or younger
Compensation & Benefits
- Net Salary: N850,000 monthly (negotiable)
