Business Development Manager (Real Estate Investment & Financial Services) at DreamCity Properties

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in REITs, property/asset management, and investment banking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining investor relationships, driving sales of our investment products, and ensuring all activities adhere to statutory and regulatory requirements.

This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and exceptional sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including potential property acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships to expand the company's REIT and investment portfolio
• Develop and execute strategies to raise capital from high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors, and corporate clients for investment products and REIT offerings
• Lead sales and marketing efforts for the company's investment portfolios, including creating compelling pitch decks, marketing materials, and conducting presentations to prospective investors
• Source, negotiate, and close complex real estate investment transactions, overseeing the process from due diligence to financial closure
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing investors, providing regular portfolio performance updates and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
• Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, assess competitor activity, and inform the company's investment strategy and product development
• Ensure all business development, sales, and marketing activities strictly comply with relevant statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements (e.g., SEC, NSE, FIRS regulations)
• Work closely with the Asset Management, Finance, and Legal teams to structure deals and manage assets
