Job Overview
The Business Development Manager will serve as the strategic lead, responsible for driving growth through the development and sale of investment and real estate products, converting leads into long-term clients, overseeing workforce performance, and identifying and transforming land opportunities into marketable real estate offerings.
This role requires a unique blend of creativity, financial acumen, salesmanship, people management, and on-ground leadership — both behind the scenes and in front of the camera.
Key Responsibilities
Sales, Marketing & Lead Conversion
- Develop and execute end-to-end sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate and investment products
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads into committed buyers and investors
- Craft compelling pitches and product positioning that communicate clear value to clients and stakeholders
- Manage the full client acquisition cycle — from outreach and engagement to closing deals and onboarding
- Represent the company as the face of the brand in public forums, digital platforms, and investor meetings
- Own the entire marketing function: storytelling, digital content, campaign execution, and engagement metrics
Product Development & Investment Strategy
- Develop innovative real estate and financial products aligned with development goals and investment targets
- Collaborate with architectural and planning teams to conceptualize market-ready, creative property solutions for acquired lands
- Leverage real estate trends, customer data, and competitive insights to guide product development and strategy
- Ensure investment offerings meet regulatory, market, and investor expectations while reinforcing brand credibility
Land Acquisition & Real Estate Expansion
- Source and evaluate new land acquisition opportunities for urban and estate developments
- Negotiate favorable acquisition agreements and terms
