Business Development Manager (IT Infrastructure)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager for our IT Infrastructure division. This role focuses on driving growth in enterprise connectivity, networking, and data center solutions. You will act as a strategic bridge between technical infrastructure solutions and client business needs, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities in the enterprise sector.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for IT infrastructure services including cloud networking, structured cabling, LAN/WAN, and wireless connectivity
• Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within enterprise and corporate sectors, managing the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), technology distributors, and value-added resellers (VARs)
• Lead the preparation of technical sales proposals, tenders, and presentations for complex IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with procurement frameworks
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies (such as AI impact on data centers and liquid cooling solutions) to inform go-to-market strategies
• Partner with internal engineering and technical teams to ensure proposed infrastructure solutions are feasible and meet client requirements

Key Performance Indicators

• Achievement of monthly and annual sales revenue targets
• Number of new leads generated and sales conversion rates
• Success in securing and maintaining high-value OEM and vendor partnerships

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree minimum in Business, Management, or Computer Science
• Strong understanding of networking components including routers, firewalls, and switches
