Business Development Manager – IPM & Turnkey Well Delivery

An established company is recruiting for the following position. About the Role - We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Integrated Project Management (IPM) and Turnkey Well Delivery services in Nigeria. This role will focus on originating, developing, and closing well delivery opportunities across IOCs, NOCs, indigenous E&P companies, and marginal field operators. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geosciences, or related discipline - 8–12 years upstream oil & gas experience - 4–5 years in business development or commercial roles - Direct exposure to drilling, completions, IPM, or Turnkey well delivery contracts - Strong understanding of Nigerian upstream and marginal field environments
