## Title: Business Development Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B enterprise-level IT solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of software, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions, combined with excellent client management and organizational leadership capabilities. This role requires a blend of business acumen and a passion for technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector, particularly in banking, insurance, manufacturing, and oil and gas industries
  • Support the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth and market expansion
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for business development
  • Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to proposal presentation and deal closure
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure expectations are met effectively
  • Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and key business metrics
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company pricing and competitive advantages
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, especially within the banking and enterprise sectors
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent engagement, prompt follow-ups, and reliable communication
  • Represent the company during client meetings and presentations
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals and quotations that address client requirements
  • Monitor performance against sales targets and provide regular progress updates

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Administration, Management, Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working with an IT solutions provider
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes (SDLC) and service delivery
  • Proven experience in B2B sales operations, strategic client management, and operational oversight
