The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of software, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions, combined with excellent client management and organizational leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector, particularly in banking, insurance, manufacturing, and oil and gas industries
- Support the development and execution of business strategies to drive growth and market expansion
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for business development
- Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting and lead generation to proposal presentation and deal closure
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure expectations are met effectively
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and key business metrics
- Maintain updated knowledge of company pricing and competitive advantages
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, especially within the banking and enterprise sectors
- Ensure client satisfaction through consistent engagement, prompt follow-ups, and reliable communication
- Represent the company during client meetings and presentations
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and quotations that address client requirements
- Monitor performance against sales targets and provide regular progress updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Administration, Management, Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with an IT solutions provider
- Strong knowledge of software development processes (SDLC) and service delivery
- Proven experience in B2B sales operations, strategic client management, and operational oversight
